Our Terms of Service
Refund Policy
If unable to attend purchased seminar, Smith Seminars will refund monies only if notified 48 hours prior to the beginning of the seminar. There will be a $10 processing fee for all returns.
Returned Check Policy
Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $30.00 returned check fee. Smith Seminars will not "HOLD" a check. If you
can not pay in advance you may pay at the door.
Forms of Payment Accepted
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, eCheck, Regular Check, and Money Orders.
Event Cancellation
Smith Seminars has the right to cancel an event if a significant number of attendees have not prepaid as of 7 days prior to the event.
Our Privacy Policy
Your right to privacy is very important to us. We recognize that providing us with personal information is an act of trust. Our Privacy Policy has been developed to protect your personal information and make your experience using our service is safe and satisfying.
Use of Information
Primarily the information we collect is to provide and improve our service. We will not provide any of your personal information to other organizations or third parties unless required to do so by law. We do not sell our clients' personal information to anyone.
Transmission, Storage, and Access
When you transmit your information via our shopping cart we use industry standard Secure Socket Layers to insure digital encryption so your information cannot be seen by others. Credit card information we collect for payment is not stored on our servers. It is passed through Secure Socket Layers to our provider (Authorize.net) for authorization and storage. Credit card information is stored at our provider, and is protected by their secure infrastructure.
